Responsibilities - Brand Manager, BSN

The Brand Manager, Sports Nutrition (BSN) is responsible for continuously monitoring brand performance, integrated business planning, P&L, as well as leading, developing, and executing brand building and marketing plans

As the Brand Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Full P&L ownership and delivery inclusive of IBP, monthly reporting, trade management
  • Oversee brand marketing budget to ensure key ATL/BTL initiatives are sufficiently supported and deliver against marketing objectives while driving spending efficiencies to maximize working dollar
  • Monitor brand, competitive and category performance with syndicated data
  • Develop and implement annual brand plans, partnership with centers of excellence, develop and launch innovation
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes/optimization to brand strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Maximize revenue and profitability of assigned group
  • Navigate risks and opportunities to annual plan
  • Own the strategy and briefing process for new marketing initiatives
  • Oversee storytelling and communication of the brand’s overall brand equity strategy and activation plans both for internal and external stakeholder
  • Ensure Legal approval of all documents, contracts and materials that touch external stakeholders
  • Champion best in class creative development and execution to drive ownable differentiation and breakthrough in the marketplace, leading to YoY improvements in brand equity driver

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred and 5+ years of experience in CPG
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to persuade audiences (internal and external key stakeholder)
  • Advanced MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams
