Job Title: Jewelry Specialist
Location: 7279 SW Bridgeport Rd, Portland, OR 97224
Pay: $27 to $36/hour, DOE (~$55 to $75K annually, based on full-time hours)

Role Details
- Schedule: 4-5, 6-10.5 hour retail shifts/week, which may include weekends, evenings, holidays
- Employment type: Full-time, hourly (overtime eligible in accordance with state and federal law)
- Start date: ASAP, based on availability of the selected candidate

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product advice
- Guide customers through the selection process to find their perfect piece
- Build lasting customer relationships, including with VIP clients
- Stay up-to-date on new collections and product offerings
- Ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times
- Fulfillment (inventory management, data entry, order preparation, and quality checks)
- Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management
What We’re Looking For
- Required
- Strong references for reliability, punctuality, sales skills (we do check references)
- 1+ yearsluxury retail sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales goals
- Ability to reliably commute to our Bridgeport Village location (7279 SW Bridgeport Rd, Portland OR 97224)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism
- Preferred
- Experience with retail management software and POS systems
- Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Shopify platform
