Account Director, Strategy, Men's Health

At the agency, you'll work primarily on one account as Account Director, Strategy. You’ll shape brand storytelling, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies that connect data, culture, and creativity.
This senior individual-contributor role partners across creative, growth, and partnerships to bring our brand to life through insight-driven ideas.
You’ll:
- Lead brand and campaign strategy across digital, social, influencer, and partnerships
- Translate insights and trends into actionable creative direction
- Build frameworks for audience segmentation and measurement
- Guide go-to-market and partnership initiatives that drive impact
You bring:
- 7–10 yrs experience in brand or marketing strategy (health, wellness, or lifestyle a plus)
- Deep understanding of men’s health, performance, and cultural trends
- Proven ability to connect creative ideas to measurable results
- Expert level experience with analytics tools (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
