Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager with Capital One Auto Finance, you will lead a dynamic team of 8-10 Area Sales Managers. Our company is expanding nationwide, building on sound practices and values to enhance our products and services. Join our team that has positively transformed our industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee regional sales teams, ensuring adherence to sales protocols and maximizing results.
- Coach a high-performance sales team of up to 10 Area Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Coordinate activities with the Sales Management team to optimize production efficiency.
- Analyze and organize sales teams, including time management, account management, and customer interactions.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Engage with key customers to build relationships and generate additional volume.
- Ensure policy and procedure compliance across the team.
- Travel extensively, up to 60% of the time.
Qualifications
Basic
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years managing teams or sales experience in the financial or auto finance industry
- At least 4 years of credit underwriting experience in indirect lending
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of credit underwriting in auto finance
- 5+ years managing teams in auto finance
- 1+ years analyzing performance metrics and setting goals
