Territory Sales Manager

We are partnered with a leading, privately held manufacturer in the building materials space that is looking to add a Territory Sales Manager.

This is an outside sales role reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. The position is home-based and focused on managing a strong, established book of business, with no overnight travel required.

The role is a classic two-step distribution sale. You will work closely with an existing dealer network while also spending significant time in the field with end users. End users include commercial landscapers, contractors, and masonry professionals. A large part of the role involves relationship building, product demonstrations, jobsite visits, and hands-on training.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, adding value beyond the sale, and building long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of solid B2B sales experience, either in new business development or managing an existing customer base. We are looking for someone who is hungry, money motivated, assertive, tenacious, and intellectually curious. You should be a fast learner, inquisitive by nature, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Strong customer service skills are essential, along with solid computer skills and the ability to manage your territory effectively from a home office. This individual must present well, communicate professionally, and be a natural relationship builder.
