2‑day immersive orientation with leaders, peers, and fellow interns
Ongoing performance feedback to support your growth
Opportunities to connect with Advantage Capital leaders through presentations and interactive sessions
Collaboration on a capstone project alongside other interns
Your Work Makes a Difference
Supporting internal and external communications and marketing initiatives
Assisting with content creation, including written materials, presentations, and digital assets
Helping manage and organize data, metrics, and reporting related to marketing and outreach efforts
Supporting brand awareness through social media, campaigns, and storytelling
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to highlight impact investing outcomes
Assisting with special projects based on organizational and departmental needs
Your Qualifications: The Journey Begins
Students with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027 are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will demonstrate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in marketing, communications, impact investing, or finance
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Curiosity about business practices, storytelling, and community impact
Interest in local, state, or federal legislation is a plus, but not required
St. Louis‑based interns require a minimum 3.5 GPA
