
Marketing Coordinator

As part of the Digital & Marketing Operations team, you will support web and email publishing tasks, help route content through Verathon’s regulatory approval process, manage editorial calendars, and partner with teams across Marketing, Product, and Compliance to ensure smooth and timely delivery of marketing materials. This work helps enable integrated marketing campaigns, supports customer-facing experiences, and ensures content reaches the right audience without delays or compliance risk.
Responsibilities Lead Qualification Screen, Triage, and assign leads from Sale Force to appropriate Territory Managers
Ensure database hygiene and best practices
Digital Content Publishing Format and publish approved content to digital platforms such as the website (Drupal CMS) and email platforms (e.g., Pardot)
Coordinate content updates and go-live timelines using tools like Jira
Assist with layout, formatting, and QA of emails, landing pages, and other digital assets
Regulatory Content Approval Management Oversee the content approval workflow to ensure materials are submitted, tracked, and documented in accordance with regulatory requirements
Work within compliance platforms (e.g., MasterControl) to track content approvals and ensure documentation is up to date
Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing Communications, and Product Marketing to move content efficiently through the approval process
Follow and help maintain the Website Content Publishing SOP as part of the team’s regulatory compliance process
Support the evolution of documentation workflows while serving as a point of continuity for the team’s regulatory responsibilities
Additional Responsibilities Maintain and update editorial and publishing calendars
Support brand enforcement across digital materials by checking for tone, formatting, and visual consistency
Assist in monitoring campaign asset delivery and digital content readiness
Coordinate tagging, asset categorization, and CMS metadata as needed
Share basic content performance feedback and audience engagement signals with the broader team
What Success Looks Like Marketing content is routed, approved, and published on time and without compliance risk
Internal stakeholders experience smooth, clear processes for content review and delivery
The right version of content is always live and in the right place
You contribute to a repeatable, dependable publishing and approval workflow
Over time, you grow into expanded responsibilities in digital operations, content systems, or marketing platforms
Qualifications 1 year or more of experience in marketing operations, digital content, publishing, or administrative project coordination
Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Drupal), email platforms (e.g., Pardot), and/or project tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Teams) is preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with content, documents, and structured workflows
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate proactively with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
Salary range - $27.52 - $37.63 per hour (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).
Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon’s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
