Now Hiring: Temp Global Marketing Sr. Manager – Paid Media (5–6 Month Contract)
Location: Midtown, Manhattan
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute media plans aligned with brand strategy, including KPIs and ROI metrics

Serve as the primary point of contact for media agencies (domestic + global) to ensure consistency

Partner with global teams across the UK, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East

Collaborate with the U.S. sales team on key retailer moments (New Year, Back-to-School, Holiday)

Lead 360° marketing activations including digital campaigns, retail support, and influencer partnerships

Manage an Earned Media Manager and oversee social content strategy + PR initiatives

Drive development of product launch toolkits (messaging, paid media assets, in-store + e-comm assets, PR, influencer guidelines)

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, and Commercial teams

Ensure cohesive storytelling and execution across the full marketing funnel

Manage U.S. and global marketing budgets, including spend tracking, pacing, and reporting

Partner closely with Finance on invoicing, accruals, and budget reconciliation

Support international teams with budget alignment and financial tracking

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience in integrated marketing (beauty or CPG preferred)

Strong experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies

Passion for beauty, especially hair care

Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Comfortable working a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite in NYC)
