- Lead process improvement activities, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Oversee compliance and coding audits, serving as a compliance liaison with insightful leadership.
- Participate in fiscal planning, ensuring data‑driven financial decision‑making.
- Develop and execute cutting‑edge retention strategies in collaboration with HR and RCM management.
- Foster a culture of agility and continuous professional growth within the team.

- Stay at the forefront of FQHC policies, assisting the team in adapting to regulatory changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s in Healthcare preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10 years of transformative experience in revenue cycle management, with preference for FQHC experience.
- Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with a future‑focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team motivation.
- Expertise in policy interpretation and execution, driving strategic outcomes.
- Adept at managing change and fostering innovation in healthcare processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills to decipher and communicate complex clinical and operational data.
- Competency in crafting detailed business reports, correspondence, and procedural documentation.
