MGH,a full-service marketing communications agency, is looking for a mid-level ArtDirector/Designer who can turn smart strategy into standout creative. Someonewho’s concept-first, design/detail-obsessed, and just as comfortable in abrainstorm as they are crafting that final layout.

You’ll partner closely with writers, strategists,and clients to create ideas that are not just beautiful - but effective.
Concept and execute campaigns across digital, social,video, and traditional channels
Collaboratewith copywriters to develop big ideas and bring them to life
Presentwork confidently and clearly to internal teams and clients
Ownprojects from concept through production, sweating the details along the way
Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration,and accountability

Requirements 3-5 years of experience in an agency or similarcreative environment
Aportfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and brilliant design
Apoint of view - and the ability to evolve it through feedback
Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (and a general comfort across other moderntools/platforms, including AI)
Curiosity,hustle, and a low-ego, team-first mindset
Bonus points for additional photography/video skills
