The Digital Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Global Creative, Digital, and Marketing teams to ensure all graphics and branding align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. This role is responsible for creating digital assets across multiple platforms, managing creative brand libraries, and supporting innovation through research and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices, and experience in the beauty or luxury industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Digital and Marketing teams to align creative assets with brand and campaign objectives.
- Design graphics for digital platforms including websites, landing pages, banners, headers, icons, infographics, email campaigns, social media, and templates.
- Manage and maintain digital creative brand assets, including libraries of campaign materials, photography, design files, fonts, icons, images, and templates.
- Establish and enforce naming conventions for file storage and archiving.
- Assist with implementing new software integrations and system updates; ensure the Creative team is equipped with the latest tools.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to stay current on digital beauty industry trends.
- Contribute to fresh content ideas and strategic initiatives that support innovation and creative excellence.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional design experience.
- Experience in beauty and/or luxury industry preferred.
- Multimedia and graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Experience with web development, digital marketing, and project management tools.
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines.
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Expert Mac/System software knowledge; basic Mac/PC compatibility troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams a plus.
