
Marketing Manager

Timbers Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive growth across our real estate portfolio. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving qualified lead generation and supporting sales performance across Timbers Company’s real estate portfolio. This role owns marketing strategy, campaign performance, and messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and revenue goals.
This individual operates at both a strategic and tactical level—leading agency partners, optimizing campaigns, and continuously refining the marketing funnel to improve lead quality and conversion.
Key Responsibilities

Own and lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, web, email, social, PR, and events
Drive qualified lead generation and continuously optimize for conversion performance
Identify gaps in funnel performance and implement strategies to improve lead quality and sales outcomes
Develop test‑and‑learn strategies across channels
Messaging & Copy Direction
Own messaging strategy and campaign narratives across all real estate marketing efforts
Provide copy direction and final approval for websites, email campaigns, paid media, and sales materials
Ensure consistency with brand standards in partnership with brand and hospitality marketing
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Develop and oversee lead nurture strategies in partnership with Marketing Automation
Define segmentation, email journeys, and lifecycle touchpoints to improve conversion
Website & Conversion Optimization
Support website initiatives as a key lead generation channel, contributing to content updates and overall user experience
Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities to enhance form performance and improve the user journey
Agency & Vendor Management
Lead agency partners across digital, creative, and media
Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance expectations
Ensure all external partners are aligned with strategy and delivering against KPIs
Sales & Cross‑Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and campaign performance
Lead development of sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials
Budget & Reporting
Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and ensure alignment with performance goals
Report on campaign performance using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other platforms
Miscellaneous
Possess and maintain thorough understanding of hospitality and real estate industry and stays abreast of industry trends
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Some travel required (approximately 10‑20%)
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; in Marketing or Communications preferred
Five+ years as a Marketing Manager preferred
Five+ years in real estate and/or hospitality marketing preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within established brand standards
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Understanding of digital marketing channels (web, email, social)
Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive mindset
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality, real estate or products
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
Proven ability to manage agencies and drive performance
Strong copywriting and messaging skills
Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, and digital media platforms
