Pay: $40–$45/hour to start
Duration: 12-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Remote (preference for candidates local to Abbott Park or Chicago area)
Job Overview
Support the execution of global brand initiatives by designing and producing high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and social channels. Balance creative concept development with precise production execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and are prepared for seamless distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop brand and campaign assets while consistently applying global design standards, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Create production-ready files for both print and digital formats, ensuring accuracy, organization, and adherence to technical specifications
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver visually compelling, on‑brand materials while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
3+ years of related experience required
Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Modern design sensibility with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to think conceptually while executing production-ready design work
Highly organized with strong file management and production workflow practices
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
