
Associate Marketing Manager

Position Description
We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to support the commercialization and execution of national and customer specific programs within the dessert decorating category. This role serves as a key execution partner, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accurate data management, and on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.
Serves as the day‑to‑day project management lead for assigned initiatives, coordinating cross-functional execution with Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Creative teams.
Tracks timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
Facilitates the setup of new items and maintains national and customer‑specific project trackers with accuracy and attention to detail.
Acts as the task owner for execution and detailed work associated with dessert decorating trackers and associated projects.
Ensures all item data is complete, validated, and aligned with cross-functional partner requirements.
Partners closely with New Product Development and Procurement teams on creation, quoting, & sample requests for new product innovation.
Assists in developing, formatting, and refinement of customer-facing presentations, sell sheets, and supporting materials.
Executes a variety of recurring marketing operations tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
Owns the national price list and national selling presentations, including updating, auditing, and distributing revisions as needed.
Supports the execution of national and customer-specific merchandising programs, as well as sales related materials and samples.
Coordinates customer-specific submission information for key decorating programs.
Requests customer style guides and coordinates case markings, carton requirements, and label specifications.
Collaborates with regulatory and purchasing to ensure all required product testing is completed on time.
Facilitates packaging artwork execution with the internal creative team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 1-year of project management experience preferred or related/comparable leadership role experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage discussions throughout all levels of the organization.
Experience working with and leading cross functional team preferred.
Business acumen that can be leveraged in analysis and task management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
