Director - Corporates - Ratings

Leading International Investment Bank is looking for a Director to join its Corporates Ratings team in New York or Chicago . This role focuses on delivering high‑quality fundamental corporate credit analysis and research across a broad range of industrial and service sectors. The Director will lead the end‑to‑end credit rating process, including financial statement and cash‑flow analysis, sector research, preparation of credit memoranda, and publication of rating reports.

Responsibilities include authoring sector research for investors and lenders, supporting the evolution of rating methodologies, and engaging directly with senior management of corporate issuers, investors, and advisors .

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in Corporate credit analysis or capital markets , strong financial statement analysis skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
