Position Summary

The Sr Manager Marketing‑Integrated is responsible for developing and executing marketing and promotional plans for shows. This role executes long‑term marketing initiatives and oversees issues and risks that affect the marketing campaign. The Sr Manager works with artist managers, agents, and marketing teams to create integrated marketing plans that reach the correct demographic and target customers for each show. The role also collaborates with talent buyers, local and central leadership to ensure best practices across email, social, media buying, CRM, reporting, and more.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans for shows; manage long‑term initiatives and oversee campaign risks.
  • Generate marketing budgets, book and account for advertising and media, ensure funds are allocated to correct partners, and manage advertising settlements.
  • Plan marketing spend with the national tour director, talent buyers, and regional marketing director; collaborate with central digital media buying, partnerships, CRM, and creative teams to devise digital plans for targeted audiences and partnership activations.
  • Oversee and evaluate show performance market‑by‑market, adjusting strategy to meet changing conditions and optimizing digital advertising for ticket sales.
  • Manage publicity, advance press interviews, and secure artist availability for promotions with management, label, and PR agencies.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors such as Ticketmaster and AXS on marketing opportunities, product development, and efficiency improvements.

Education Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4‑year) in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • 6‑8 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with media buying, executing digital media plans, and omni‑channel digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email, mobile, and digital marketing programs.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Knowledge of the music industry.

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong data analysis and budgeting skills.
  • Expertise in programmatic media and real‑time bidding.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google AdWords, Rubicon, CMS, Photoshop, WordPress.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Proficiency in content marketing theory and application.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high standard for quality and ability to multitask across multiple campaigns.
  • Creative execution and immersion in social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective supervision and leadership of a productive team.
  • Ability to switch between creative and analytical sides, proving ideas are analytically sound.

Payscale

$75 K – $82 K

Bonus

This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
