You’ll coach and inspire a field‑based sales force, build powerful relationships with senior hospital decision‑makers, and execute bold regional strategies that boost revenue, expand market share, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Your Impact
- Lead, mentor & grow a high‑performing sales team
- Build strategic partnerships with key hospital stakeholders
- Drive quarterly & annual sales targets in patient monitoring and life support across Germany
- Shape territory strategy, competitive positioning & account plans
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management & CRM excellence (C4C)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Clinical teams for powerful go‑to‑market execution
- Support major product launches & champion Mindray ’s PMLS portfolio
What You Bring
- 7–10+ years sales experience in patient monitoring and life support devices
- Strong leadership background with proven team‑building success
- Extensive knowledge of patient monitoring / life support solutions
- Strategic mindset, outstanding communication & strong business acumen
- Ability to work in Germany without the requirement of company sponsorship
- Inspirational people management experience
- Fluent German + professional English
- Willing to travel 60–80% across Germany
