Role Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Regional Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business sales efforts across designated regions. The Regional B2B Sales Manager is responsible for the growth, and profitability of their nationally assigned B2B territory of Florida. You will collaborate with the e-comm sales and marketing teams to drive all sales initiatives for your region. You will collaborate with purchasing to assist in managing and forecasting the inventory required to achieve the B2B region sales goals which will be provided to you.

Duties

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals within assigned territories.
  • You will develop campaigns for your book of business to increase digital sales with assistance from the digital team
  • Optimizing our paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other toolsets from our digital team will help you achieve success
  • Work with National B2B sales on marketing initiatives needed to support your dealer base
  • You will assist with forming your regions overall digital sales strategy
  • It is expected you utilize your prior knowledge of the closure locations to determine initiatives to drive dealer engagement for your region
  • Monthly sales and margin attainment will be a priority for your region
  • Provide regular reports on regional sales performance, customer feedback, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven record of building and developing high profile dealers
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage dealers and complex projects with experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with complex financial data
  • Track record of results in setting strategy and running a large volume, high profile business
