Responsibilities

Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications, proposal packages, and presentations

Support proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documents

Maintenance and management of marketing information and systems, including, but not limited to:

Collateral and templates

Marketing content (i.e. project descriptions, resumes, and text library)

CRM database – data gathering and input

Digital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materials

Conduct marketing research and lead searching

Assist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media efforts

Support development and submission of awards entries

Support and partake in networking and business development efforts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or another related technical field

Minimum of 3 years of marketing or business development experience in the A/E/C industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy

Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teams

Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills

Knowledge of CRM / relational database platforms and digital asset management systems (experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset a plus)

Salary Range: $68,000 - $83,000
