
Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for an outgoing, creative, and organized Social Media Specialist who can help bring ideas to life across multiple brands and industries on social. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute creatively—ideating, creating, and managing content across a variety of voices and audiences.
What You’ll Do
Develop ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and content
Write engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of clients
Design graphics and edit video content for social platforms
Build and manage content calendars
Publish and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Engage with audiences across platforms and support community management efforts
Collaborate with internal teams and present ideas to clients
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience creating content (copywriting, graphic design, and video editing)
Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt tone and voice across very different audiences
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting work
Experience in a multi-brand environment
Experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
Tools We Use
HeyOrca, Asana, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, CapCut
Details
Full-time, remote (Austin-area preferred for occasional in-person meetings or shoots; candidates based in Orlando or Tampa are also encouraged to apply due to client needs.)
Normal work hours are from Monday–Friday from 9am–6pm CST.
This is a salaried social media position; occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on client needs, shoots, or special publishing tasks or responsibilities.
