In this STADA+ case, you will support key initiatives within our global digital communications environment, with a focus on building and scaling capabilities in an international context.
Your focus will be on:
Analyzing opportunities in a dynamic digital and web environment
Supporting the evaluation of digital processes, tools and capabilities (with a focus on websites and SEO)
Structuring insights and contributing to actionable recommendations
Assisting in the setup and coordination of selected digital initiatives

Ownership of a real, strategically relevant STADA+ business case
Hands‑on exposure to digital, communications and strategic topics

Who We Are Looking For
You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program
You have a background or strong interest in digital marketing or technology
You bring strong project management skills, with understanding of websites, digital content, and basic SEO knowledge
You work fast, agile and solution‑oriented, even in ambiguous situations
You enjoy challenging the status quo and thinking beyond existing models
You combine analytical thinking with a hands‑on, pragmatic mindset
You are curious, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
You have excellent English communication skills; German skills are a plus but not required
