Overseas Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Overseas Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue growth across international markets. This role will focus on end-to-end marketing campaign planning, data analysis, trend insight, and cross-regional execution for our brand’s overseas business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with global market objectives, including new product launches, new store openings, and co-branding collaborations. Create data-backed marketing plans to boost sales revenue and amplify global brand presence.

Monitor, track, and analyze key performance data for global new product launches, new store openings, and marketing activities. Translate data insights into actionable optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.

Conduct in-depth research on global F&B industry trends and consumer behavior shifts, identify market opportunities, and propose innovative and differentiated marketing planning directions.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support, plan, and implement a full range of brand marketing activities and ensure seamless execution across global markets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields; experience in the tea/beverage industry is highly preferred. English as a working language is mandatory.

Proven track record and solid experience in new store opening or new product launch marketing campaign planning and execution.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

5-10 years of professional working experience in overseas marketing, brand marketing or related fields.
