Our B2B client enhances everyday personal and household products with innovative sensory-driven elements that elevate the user experience and bring products to life. To support emerging trends and empower the sales team, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong presentation skills!
This individual will support a variety of B2B marketing initiatives through:
Market research
Creation and delivery of trend insight presentations (via PowerPoint)
Content development across email, social media, and presentations
This position reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the graphic design and sales teams, as well as product developers focused on creating new sensory-driven product experiences. This person will serve as the subject matter expert in identifying and analyzing emerging trends within this category.
Responsibilities
Market Research
Conduct research across key segments such as air care and personal care by tracking industry news, market reports, social media, webinars, and in-store trends
Develop strategies to translate insights into compelling trend-driven content for customer presentations
Leverage insights to contribute to new product ideation sessions and concept development
Author a bi-monthly trend-focused email campaign
Presentations
Build and deliver dynamic PowerPoint presentations that highlight relevant market trends and drive engagement
Partner with development and sales teams to create presentations showcasing new product concepts, ingredients, and technologies
Present trend insights at industry conferences and virtual events
Tradeshows, Events & Client Presentations
Travel to tradeshows approximately twice per year
Travel 2-3 times per month (1-2 days per trip) to present to clients and prospects
Support tradeshow and event execution by developing themed product collections and marketing materials in collaboration with the creative team
Assist with company promotional events and tradeshow booth setup
Social Media
Develop engaging B2B content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Utilize digital tools to create and optimize social content that supports brand visibility and engagement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
3+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist; background in personal care, home products, or adjacent categories is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience creating PowerPoint presentations
Outstanding presentation skills are required
