Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer

Position Summary

Responsibilities:

D365 Customer Engagement Development: Configure and customize D365 CE modules based on the Client's user stories Configure CE views and dashboards within the D365 CE platform based on the Client's user stories Conduct unit testing on developed code Develop and deploy customizations, integrations, and extensions using Microsoft development tools Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to understand and address technical issues and requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs encountered during the implementation process Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Experience integrating Power Automate workflows with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. 5+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. D365 Integration and Data Migration Development:

Work with Solution Architects to better understand the integration requirements Configure and develop maintainable and scalable integrations for D365 CE using Power Automate platform, SFTP, or other relevant technologies Develop integration mapping required to integrate with Hagerty internal application OneView where applicable Perform testing on data for integration and migration Assist Client with the promotion of codeset, data and integrations between different environments such as DEV, SIT, UAT, STAGE, PROD, SANDBOX, TRAINING Experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft to assist with data migration into Dynamics environment Train relevant client side Staff-Aug resources on integration configuration, maintenance, etc. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and best practices. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) and best practices. Proven experience with D365 Customer Engagement Admin center and configuration. Familiarity with integrating with SumoLogic logging. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and deployment process. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages is a plus. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer is a plus. Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions is a plus. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred. Ability to mentor developers learning the Microsoft Dynamics platform
