Graphic Artist – 2D/3D Modeling & Animation

Responsibilities
Develop and produce custom 2D/3D models and animations to support briefings, training materials, and technical visualizations tailored to Army systems and initiatives.
Create dynamic motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual effects that enhance multimedia presentations and digital communications.
Design visually cohesive products—such as posters, infographics, and print materials—that integrate 3D renderings and models for both internal and external distribution.
Translate complex technical data into accurate and engaging visual content, including schematics, system overviews, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with communication teams to storyboard, design, and execute animation projects that align with CPE IEW&S branding and messaging standards.
Format and optimize graphic and animated content for use across various platforms including print, PowerPoint, web, and video.
Ensure all visual media products comply with Army and CPE IEW&S branding, security, and accessibility requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, 3D computer animation, product design, 3D visual effects production, or 3D computer game design.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the field of 3D design or related fields.
Or associate’s degree in the aforementioned disciplines and minimum seven (7) years’ experience in the field of 3D design or related fields.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
