Title: Brand manager

Location: Fort Mill, SC

Duration: 18+ Months Contract (Potential Extension/ full-time permanent conversion)


  • Experience in brand or integrated marketing with clear progression in ownership and scope (not just execution support roles)
  • Proven end-to-end campaign ownership
  • Has led campaigns from strategy > execution > optimization > reporting
  • Not just contributed; personally accountable for outcomes
  • Data-informed decision maker (not just creative-only)


Hands-on experience across:

  • Digital (email, paid media, social, web)
  • Sales enablement (partnering with sales teams, creating usable assets)
  • Events/trade shows (supporting or integrating into broader campaigns)
  • Brand strategy and messaging experience
  • Has helped define or refine brand positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Can evaluate creative/content and ensure alignment with brand strategy


Industry background (nice-to-have, not required)

  • Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or energy is a plus
  • BUT strong marketers from other industries are absolutely viable
