Analyst, Media Technology

Publicis Groupe ANZ, New York, NY, United States

Overview
We’re looking for an Analyst to join our Media Technology group – someone with an unwavering attention to detail who can support and ensure timely and accurate completion of digital advertising campaign deliverables. You’ll play a central role in digital marketing campaign execution, quality assurance and results reporting, and daily trafficking tasks of online ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

Collecting creative/technical specifications from sites on all creative units, including pixel sizes, technical capabilities, and traffic deadlines specific to each site.

Uploading creative elements and mapping them according to traffic instructions into an Ad Server.

Generating tags, testing, and instructing relevant parties on implementation of tags/codes to ensure integrity of the intended plan.

Confirming the quality of all campaign elements – ensuring creative units, placements, URLs, impression trackers, and click trackers are correct and correspond to the traffic sheet prior to campaign launch, and cross‑checking that all data has been inputted into third‑party systems correctly.

Maintaining daily/weekly QA and documentation of all creative units, placements, click URLs, click trackers, piggy‑backed pixels (measurement partners), and impression delivery.

Identifying recurrent issues and alerting the Media Tech Senior Analyst / Media Tech Manager to specific issues and possible solutions.

Becoming proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Campaign Manager (third‑party ad server).

Keeping a pulse on industry news & innovations – attending and participating in presentations from vendors.

Partnering with team members dedicated to upholding client Brand Safety standards, ensuring the Brand Safety solution tags are in place and assisting with troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications

Four years of college education and one to three years of experience in an office environment (preferably at a communications‑related company, and ideally at a creative agency).

Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an intuitive understanding of the digital tools reshaping the media and advertising world.

Effective time‑management, impeccable attention to detail, and a compulsive ability to stay organized.

Amazing communication skills – straightforward, candid, thoughtful, and kind.

Proficiency in managing numbers – if you can navigate an Excel document with ease, you’ve got an ace in your pocket.

A love of media and the motivation to learn everything you can and continually improve.

Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
