
Ad Operations Coordinator (contract)

Job Overview
Morning Brew Inc. is looking for a contract Ad Operations Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage on our Ad Ops team. This is a part‑time engagement (~20 hrs/week) focused on ad trafficking support for our audio revenue channels.
This is a hands‑on trafficking role. You'll be joining a tight‑knit team mid‑flight, so the ability to ramp quickly and work independently is a must.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Traffic + Launch: Set up, QA, and launch campaigns across audio inventory, making sure everything goes out on time and to spec.
Monitor + Flag: Keep a close eye on campaign pacing and delivery. Surface issues early so the team can act fast.
Coordinate: Work with the ad ops lead and client activation team to confirm campaign details, creative specs, and go‑live timelines.
Report: Pull and deliver accurate campaign reporting as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
1-3 years of experience in digital ad operations or a related trafficking role.
Audio advertising experience is a strong plus.
Experience with Megaphone or another audio trafficking platform and Google Ads is a bonus.
Detail‑oriented with solid communication skills.
Able to ramp quickly and work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
COMPENSATION
$30/hr
