Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver

As a Chick-fil-A delivery driver, you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the success of our restaurant. By selecting Chick-fil-A delivery drivers, we look for hardworking individuals who share our passion for providing our guests with extraordinary service and hospitality. A person in this role will deliver orders to our guests' homes and workplaces and will be the face of Chick-fil-A outside the restaurant. Drivers are expected to verify the accuracy of orders, deliver meals promptly, and show genuine hospitality to our guests. Additionally, drivers are expected to help with other tasks, such as cleaning, organizing, and stocking, while waiting for orders to be made.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available at least 2 Fridays and/or Saturdays per month.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Candidate must have a clean driving record and must undergo a driving record report.
• Must have an Apple or Android cell phone with a data plan that meets the minimum requirements to install and run the Bringg Driver app.
• Must be able to bend and lift loads of 20 pounds or more, as well as walk several flights of stairs.
• Hospitality-focused mindset. Enjoys fast-paced environments.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as walk several flights of stairs.

Description of Functions

• Deliver assigned orders promptly while complying with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Complete restaurant work as assigned by the shift manager.
• Manage customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Maintain and follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Constantly follow all food safety and physical safety policies.
• Follow procedures to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
