Title: Audio Visual Field Service Technician
Location: Onsite in Columbus OH
Duration: Permanent
Salary Range: 45K-78k annually (commensurate with experience)
Must-Haves
A high school diploma or GED.
Solid understanding of commercial audio-visual signal flow and design, ideally 2-3+ years
Strong communication skills and ability to create clear and concise documentation.
Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
Self-sufficient, well-prepared, and motivated to prioritize and execute tasks quickly.
Fully invested in providing a superior customer experience and making a positive impact on peers and customers.
Plusses
CTS-I (Certified Technology Specialist - Installation) certification.
Knowledge of Audio DSP and Crestron/AMX programming.

Coordinating new customer incidents, problems, and requests via a ticketing system.
Performing onsite preventative maintenance for support contract clients, ensuring all devices function as intended.
Conducting research on system lifecycle and assisting customer engagement teams in improving customer experience.
Providing training to customers on the use of their audiovisual systems.
Continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize team effectiveness.
