Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Patient Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Recare team. This role is essential in supporting patient care by ensuring hygiene appointments are consistently scheduled and maintained across multiple offices.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks, communicates clearly, and thrives in a focused, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm hygiene appointments for patients across multiple offices
Communicate with patients via phone calls and text messaging platforms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient scheduling records
Support up to 14 offices with hygiene recare management
Follow established workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet scheduling goals and patient care standards
Required Qualifications
Experience with appointment scheduling
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare office
Familiarity with patient communication tools or scheduling software
Work Environment
This position is based in our administrative office, where team members focus on supporting patient scheduling across multiple practices. Each team member manages hygiene scheduling for up to 14 offices.
