Job Description
We are looking for a Communication Specialist (Change Management) to join our Client's Team in Cracow. This person will support transformation initiatives across Technical department. The role focuses primarily on guiding change adoption, supporting stakeholder readiness, and ensuring clear, consistent communication of changes across the organization. The position includes secondary responsibilities in editorial communications and light design support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Change Management
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of change initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and readiness activities.
Prepare materials such as change briefs, adoption updates, and talking points.
Coordinate inputs from project owners and ensure alignment with overall transformation narratives.
Track progress of change deliverables (e.g., KPIs, 30/60/90 updates).
Contribute to the maintenance of change governance tools (e.g., Change Ledger, change calendars).
Support engagement activities that increase awareness and adoption of change.
2. Communications & Editorial Support
Draft and edit internal updates, announcements, and operational communications.
Prepare summaries, agendas, minutes, and structured updates for leadership and project teams.
Support the preparation of newsletters, internal posts, and distribution workflows.
Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with ETF Communications standards.
3. Visual & Design Support
Support slide formatting and basic visual preparation for change-related materials.
Adapt visual assets (icons, graphics, banners) to accompany communications.
Collaborate with design colleagues when larger graphic support is needed.
Job Requirements
+3 years in Change Management, Transformation, PMO, Organizational Development, or similar.
Experience supporting communications in a corporate environment.
Strong writing, structuring, and message-clarity skills.
Familiarity with design tools (PowerPoint and SharePoint experience is a must).
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, handle inputs, and manage timelines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Experience in communications planning or editorial workflows.
Experience in basic graphic design or multimedia editing.
Familiarity with agile or hybrid transformation environments
