Job Summary
Reporting to the Marketing and PR Manager, the Digital Content Specialist will manage the organization’s digital content strategy, create and oversee website, email, and social media content, and ensure brand consistency across all communications. The role also involves graphic design, donor communications, and supporting event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of social media, email marketing, and website management strategies

Implement a cross-platform content calendar to expand online presence and advocacy

Generate social analytics reports and research best practices to maximize donor engagement

Design marketing collateral (emails, social posts, website assets, event materials, press releases)

Draft and update donor/prospect correspondence (direct mail, web blasts, acknowledgments)

Maintain internal staff communications resources (intranet, forms, organization charts)

Monitor marketing and communications data, preparing reports as required

Support development and communications department with events and key projects

Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions

Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience

Advanced computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)

Website and social media management experience

Exceptional writing, editing, layout, and design skills

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and planning abilities

Self-directed yet collaborative team player

Physical Capabilities:
