What You’ll Do
Prospect & Engage: Drive new business development through high-volume outbound activity to generate client relationships and build candidate pipelines within the Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials space.
Sell Opportunities, Not Just Jobs: Use your sales acumen to position roles as career-defining moves for top talent and close the deal.
Own the Market: Identify and develop strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates; stay ahead of market trends.
Partner with Clients: Build and manage a portfolio of clients in the Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials industry. Understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, etc.).
Professional background in Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials preferred.
Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Eagerness to learn and excel in a new industry.
