YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop a small team of Service Campaign Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Strategically coordinate and manage service campaigns, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with customers
Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met
Analyze campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and impact
Ensure full alignment of campaign activities with company standards, service objectives, and overall business strategy
Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely issue resolution
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Experience in project management, customer service or campaign coordination, ideally in automotive or manufacturing
Technical background is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills in English
