The Service Producer works alongside the Creative Arts Pastor to help lead worship services and create environments where people encounter Jesus and glorify Him. This role serves as the primary producer at the Fremont campus for weekend services and Central all‑campus‑wide events. The Service Producer ensures that services are organized, prepared, and executed with excellence by coordinating people, details, transitions, and communication so that ministry can happen clearly and without distraction. The Service Producer brings proactive, communicative, empowering leadership that strengthens teams and supports excellent ministry execution across Resonate Church.
Responsibilities
Serve as lead producer for weekend services and major central events at Fremont.
Lead service execution from pre‑service preparation through final dismissal.
Oversee timing, pacing, and transitions of every service element.
Function as the primary in‑room leader during services, making live decisions when adjustments are needed.
Cue stage movements, speaker entrances/exits, and service flow in real time.
Maintain strong situational awareness to help services remain aligned with both planning and spiritual discernment.
Production Coordination
Coordinate all CG elements of weekend services and church‑wide events.
Communicate live service cues with tech teams, including lighting, audio, cameras, and stage managers.
Ensure creative elements, props, guest needs, and logistical details are prepared in advance.
Maintain and manage Planning Center service plans for weekend execution.
Execute consistent weekend checklists with all involved teams.
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop producing staff.
Shepherd staff and contractors with spiritual leadership.
Lead and develop campus producers and production leaders across campuses as they attend Fremont to be equipped.
Model creative arts team values and help carry out ministry objectives.
Use the Creative Arts GEM as the primary development framework for staff.
Meetings & Communication
Lead pre‑service meetings with hosts, band, and tech teams.
Lead production meetings and post‑service reviews with clear feedback and next steps.
Provide weekly updates to the Central Creative Arts Team.
Communicate with key leaders before, during, and after services for alignment and adjustments.
Host guest pastors and guest participants through preparation, walkthroughs, and service readiness.
Help ensure Thursday rehearsals and run‑throughs are efficient and productive.
Provide informed feedback that supports creative direction and service readiness.
Help maintain strong preparation rhythms so weekend execution is clear and unified.
Equip the saints for ministry through leadership development in production.
Pursue personal spiritual health through prayer, scripture, worship, and sanctification.
Lead from spiritual maturity.
Qualifications
Submitted to God and the authority of His Word, modeling the character of Christ.
Passionate about reaching people in a lost and broken world.
Self‑starter who pursues excellence without constant direction.
Committed to continual spiritual, personal, and professional growth while investing in others.
Team player who welcomes feedback, builds morale, and values team success above personal preference.
Able to work in‑office at Resonate Fremont, including Sundays, some Saturdays, and weekday evening rehearsals.
Must be or become a committed member of Resonate Movement Church.

Adaptable under pressure while maintaining Christlike behavior and professionalism.
