At Vigloo, we’re building a new kind of short-form storytelling experience, bold, fast-moving, and made for the vertical screen. We’re looking for a Producer who can take ownership of every step of the production process, from pre-production to final delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end content creation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across creative and operational teams to produce engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our global audience.

Responsibilities

  • Review provided scripts and creative materials to develop clear, actionable production plans.

  • Build pre-production workflows that streamline scheduling, budgeting, casting coordination, and location planning.

  • Confirm that all materials are feasible for production and aligned with project goals.

  • Identify operational challenges early and propose solutions that maintain the intended creative vision while ensuring practical execution.

Production Management

  • Lead all stages of production, from prep to wrap, ensuring smooth, high-quality execution under tight schedules.

  • Direct on-set operations and maintain clear communication across departments.

  • Uphold creative integrity while managing time, budget, and resource constraints.

Post-Production & Quality Management

  • Oversee editing, sound, and VFX to ensure consistent storytelling and brand alignment.

  • Provide actionable feedback on pacing, tone, and structure to elevate creative output.

  • Maintain Vigloo’s standards for quality, security, and compliance across all deliverables.

  • Document best practices and continuously refine workflows for scalability and efficiency.

Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and co-production partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Serve as a key liaison between creative, production, post, and business teams — including Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Communicate progress clearly, anticipate risks, and align stakeholders around shared priorities.

Marketing Integration & Audience Insights

  • Partner with the marketing team to identify key storytelling moments for promotional campaigns and CPI optimization.

  • Analyze audience data and feedback to inform creative and production strategies.

  • Apply insights to enhance storytelling, engagement, and content performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience leading full‑cycle production across film, television, or short-form digital content—ideally within vertical or mobile-first formats.

  • Demonstrated mastery of creative and operational workflows, including development, production, post-production, and final delivery, all within accelerated timelines and budget constraints.

  • Proven ability to stay composed under pressure, paired with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

  • Flexibility to work effectively across multiple time zones.

  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams spanning creative, marketing, and business operations.

  • Deep understanding of audience behavior and digital-first storytelling, with a sharp sense of what resonates and performs on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

  • Able to work on-site at the office when required.

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States, including valid work-eligible visa status.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a plus, as is experience in startups or high-growth media companies.
