Grayson Search Partners , founded in 2014, is looking to add to our growing contract team.

Business Development Manager – Finance & Accounting
We’re hiring a Finance & Accounting Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a front-line sales role focused on opening doors, winning new business, and building long-term client relationships.

You’ll own the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, closing, and expanding accounts while partnering closely with recruiting to deliver on what you sell. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role. If you’ve succeeded in staffing or B2B sales, you’ll know exactly what it takes.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, referrals, and networking

Build and manage a pipeline; drive opportunities from first conversation through close

Meet with clients (in-person and virtual) to understand hiring needs and position staffing solutions

Partner with recruiters to ensure strong delivery and repeat business

Negotiate terms, close deals, and grow accounts over time

Stay plugged into the market to identify hiring trends and new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Experience in B2B sales; staffing or recruiting experience is strongly preferred

Proven track record of hitting revenue targets not just activity metrics

Comfortable with cold outreach and direct client engagement

Strong presence and credibility with clients

Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable

Ability to handle rejection, adjust quickly, and keep moving

The Reality

This is not an account management role. True business development

Activity level matters: calls, meetings, and consistent pipeline generation
