## Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care - Remote, USUS Remote, United States**Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care – Remote, US****Location: Remote, US**As the Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care, you’ll take ownership of a defined portfolio of strategic customers—driving growth, delivering on performance targets, and strengthening long‑term partnerships. You’ll bring customer‑focused solutions to life while ensuring all activities align with dsm‑firmenich Nutritional Products’ standards and strategic priorities.The ideal candidate will be located in New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia or North Carolina.**Your Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and manage sales of dsm-firmenich products within the nutraceutical, infant nutrition, and medical nutrition industries – achieving volume, pricing, and profitability targets* Monitor and analyze customer and product sales performance, implementing corrective actions when needed* Capture and communicate key market insights (e.g., customer feedback, competitive pricing strategies, market actions) to inform business decisions* Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing quotations, to drive customer engagement and growth* Lead customer forecasting and demand planning activities across the assigned territory* Manage and develop the sales pipeline through effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform**We Bring:*** An opportunity to be part of a team that is on the cutting edge of the health and nutrition industry, continuously pushing the limits* A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset* Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity* An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future* A vibrant, creative atmosphere where innovation is celebrated* Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards**You Bring:*** 5+ years of experience in a sales, business development, and/or account management role within business to business (B2B) environment* Nutraceutical industry experience is a strong plus* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time – primarily domestic travel* Ability to communicate with a variety of functions to generate sales* Positive and proactive attitude with a drive toward meeting and exceeding targets* Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field is requiredThe salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $115,000-$145,000.In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
