Founded in 2025, the LoopRoots Foundation operates nationally, with an initial focus on underserved communities in Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, California, and Virginia.Our key initiatives includeLoopConnect – A ride credit sponsorship platform that provides free or subsidized rides to prison visitation facilities, allowing families to stay in contact during incarceration.LoopTalk – A HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy program offering trauma-informed mental health care to justice-impacted individuals and caregivers, including children.LoopTroop Rideshare Partnership – We collaborate with the LoopTroop Rideshare platform to ensure families have access to safe, reliable, and culturally competent transportation services.The LoopRoots Foundation is committed to using community-based, technology-enabled tools to restore dignity, promote healing, and reduce generational harm. Our programs focus on transportation access for prison visitation, reentry support for individuals returning home, and community-based initiatives that help families stay connected during incarceration.We are currently building several awareness campaigns and digital initiatives designed to bring visibility to the challenges families face when a loved one is incarcerated and to connect communities with resources that support successful reintegration.Role OverviewLoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Social Media Ambassador Program Manager to help develop and manage a digital ambassador program that will raise awareness about our mission and programs. This role will focus on recruiting and coordinating social media creators and ambassadors who are interested in supporting social impact initiatives through storytelling, awareness campaigns, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social justice, digital advocacy, and using social media to bring attention to important community issues.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and launch the LoopRoots Social Media Ambassador ProgramRecruit content creators, influencers, and digital advocates interested in supporting the missionCoordinate ambassador outreach and onboardingCreate campaign concepts focused on awareness around incarceration, family connection, and reentry supportProvide ambassadors with messaging guides and content toolkitsTrack campaign participation and engagement across social platformsCollaborate with the outreach and marketing team to grow digital awareness campaignsPreferred QualificationsExperience with social media marketing, influencer outreach, or digital campaignsFamiliarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTubeStrong communication and organization skillsInterest in nonprofit work, social justice, or advocacy initiativesAbility to work independently and manage projects remotelyWhat You'll GainLeadership experience managing a nonprofit ambassador programHands-on experience building a digital awareness campaign from the ground upOpportunity to help shape a mission-driven initiative focused on social impactPortfolio-building experience in digital marketing and social advocacyProfessional references and nonprofit leadership experienceJ-18808-Ljbffr
