Sales/Account Manager Overview
Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about wine and spirits? Join 220 Wine & Spirits Distribution—backed by our sister brand, Wine Crawl—as a Sales/Account Manager. In this role, you’ll represent our portfolio of boutique, high-quality products with established accounts and at monthly company-driven events. This is a commission-based opportunity where your income directly reflects your drive and results, and where unlimited earning potential meets a flexible schedule.
What You'll Do
Lead Tastings: Host product tastings at established accounts and company events every month, creating memorable brand experiences.
Drive Commission Sales: Build and grow accounts, generate new placements, and earn commissions for every case placed.
Showcase Our Brands: Represent both 220 Wine & Spirits Distribution and Wine Crawl in tastings, events, and activations.
Engage Customers: Warmly interact with customers, share product stories, and expand brand visibility.
Product Demos: Conduct engaging demos that highlight product features, origin stories, and unique qualities.
Gather Consumer Insights: Capture customer feedback and preferences to shape future marketing and sales strategies.
Create Social Buzz: Use your marketing skills to build digital engagement and awareness.
Public Representation: Confidently present and educate at tastings, trade shows, and events.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Partner with sales leadership to expand into new and existing venues.
Event Support: Assist with setup and execution for Wine Crawl events and tastings.

What You Bring
B.A.S.S.E.T. Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Strong public speaking skills—comfortable presenting to groups and customers
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in sales or hospitality with a focus on conversions and upselling
Event or experiential marketing background a plus
Social media savvy and ability to create engaging content
Self-starter with attention to detail and adaptability

Compensation:
100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential
$20/hour for public tastings
Schedule: Flexible, based on accounts and events
Location: Remote, with in-person tastings/events as scheduled
