Executive Liquidation is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing, Social Media & Website Coordinator to manage our online presence, support sales efforts, and help drive visibility for our inventory across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and maintain consistent posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Capture and edit high-quality photos of inventory for marketing and sales use
Write compelling product descriptions and showcase both new and existing inventory
Website & SEO Management
Upload and maintain accurate inventory listings on the company website (Wix)
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and traffic
Respond to website inquiries and coordinate with inventory and sales teams to fulfill requests
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and promotional send-outs
Post inventory across external platforms (e.g., Furniture Finders, LinkedIn) and manage inbound leads
Communicate directly with prospective clients to support and close sales
Inventory & Systems Coordination
Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking inventory, marketing efforts, and contact lists
Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate product listings
Help streamline and integrate systems (e.g., Smartsheets) to improve workflow and communication
Procurement & Sales Support
Source and procure new and used products (e.g., office furniture, accessories)
Coordinate shipping and logistics for sold items
Build and maintain vendor and client contact lists for ongoing sales and sourcing efforts
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure materials and supplies are available for projects
Assist with troubleshooting sourcing challenges and fulfilling client needs
Qualifications Associate's degree or higher preferred but not required
Proficiency in Google Workspace and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong eye for photography, composition, and visual presentation
Basic understanding of website management (Wix preferred) and SEO principles
Familiarity with spreadsheets and data tracking
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic technical or coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not required
