Seeking a business development manager to join the Marketing Department located in New Jersey. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Duties include:
Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve practice goals, track and report progress, conduct competitive intelligence, prepare reports on clients, targets, market trends, maintain experience database, coordinate RFP responses, proposals, presentations, improve pitch materials, ensure office continuity, track RFP outcomes, brainstorm new collateral, produce high-impact submissions for legal rankings, work with attorneys on business development, suggest new outreach ideas, leverage CRM system.
Require strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Possess a college degree and at least 5 years of marketing or business development experience.
Experience in professional services preferred.
Have strong professional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Monitor Suite and Redwood Analytics is a plus.
Some travel between offices required.
