Team & Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Media Analyst to join our Shared Services Analytics Team! This role is a critical partner to our advertising teams and provides a great opportunity to join a high performing team in a hands‑on role helping drive business and shape strategy. What you’ll do day to day:

Partner with our paid media teams to deliver actionable analytics and performance insights

Build and maintain cross platform advertising reporting and KPI frameworks (i.e. Amazon SA/DSP, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, TikTok Ads, other TBD)

Develop automated dashboards and performance tracking in Power BI to monitor media efficiency and outcomes

Lead test and learn initiatives, including test design, execution, validation, and post analysis

Monitor retailer POS trends and promotional activity to inform media optimization and planning

Support data ingestion, quality assurance, validation, and mapping for new and existing ad platforms

Expand adoption and usage of advanced analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, Brand Analytics, Scintilla)

Partner with agencies and platform teams to evaluate incrementality frameworks and support MMM efforts

Act as subject matter expert for assigned tools and train team members on analytics tools, including Copilot

Champion a data driven, experimentation focused culture across advertising teams

Key Performance Objectives:

Partner with stakeholders to turn complex advertising and POS datasets to deliver clear, actionable recommendations and insights for key retailer accounts (including Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.)

Build scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to surface newly ingested ad platform data into PowerBI, including data quality audits, validation, and visualization

Effectively analyze and compare performance across major retail and paid media platforms, helping identify cross-channel opportunities and performance driversSupport test-and-learn programs by designing, executing, and analyzing tests and experiments that quantify media impact and guide optimization decisions

Requirements & Ideal Attributes:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a marketing or digital analytics related field

Experience: 2+ years of marketing or digital analytics experience

Mindset: Curious, results oriented, and proactive in identifying insights and opportunities

Execution excellence: Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in parallel, and deliver reliably against timelines

Technical skills: Familiarity with SQL and modern analytics tooling; ability to learn and adopt new platforms quickly

Visualization & reporting: Proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools) to build scalable, automated dashboards

Cross platform analytics expertise: Working knowledge of major retail and paid media platforms (i.e. Amazon SA/DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, TikTok Ads)

Data management: Comfort working with large, disparate datasets; strong attention to data quality, validation, and governance

Compensation Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annual salary – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as years of experience, skill set and location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits.
