About Role As Senior Creative Strategist, you will lead end-to-end creative development across digital and paid acquisition channels. This role blends creative storytelling with performance analytics, requiring both artistic vision and data-driven experimentation.
You will own ideation, scripting, and testing strategies for ads across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, and emerging platforms. A strong understanding of AI-driven creative production is essential, as you will leverage advanced tools to scale content efficiently while maintaining high creative standards. This position requires onsite collaboration three days per week in San Francisco and a close partnership with Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams.

Requirements 6–9 years of experience in creative strategy or advertising

Fluency in AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Sora, VEO, etc.)
Deep understanding of performance marketing channels
