Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
Experience in design patterns, layout construction, and expressing design systems within Figma.
Experience with Figma features such as auto layout, components, variants, variables, and design tokens.
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
2 years of experience leading design projects.
Experience in ads, search, or related product spaces.
Experience driving technical development.
Excellent scripting and coding skills (e.g., developing React applications or Figma plugins).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Accelerate the adoption of search design system tokens, patterns, and components within the Ads UI and SAGE UX teams.
Identify and deliver solutions that reduce friction for designers when incorporating patterned design solutions into their daily workflows.
Document, analyze, and propose initiatives that improve design productivity and accelerate project delivery through the better application of design systems.
Collaborate with engineering partners to identify and drive iterative quality improvements in production-facing code.
Navigate and manage stakeholder networks, including internal UX feature teams, engineering, product management, and partners within Search.
