Key Responsibilities Professionally represent and promote REMA Tip Top products and services to current and prospective customers within an assigned territory
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all REMA Tip Top products and services
Provide basic product and application training to customers
Research and develop target customer lists to drive new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term, repeat customer relationships and key accounts
Develop in-depth knowledge of target markets and customer needs
Create and execute market strategies and sales goals for assigned products and services
Utilize effective territory planning and time management to maximize results
Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls, and follow-up activities
Represent REMA Tip Top at industry trade shows and events as required
Manage all direct sales activities within the designated territory
Travel frequently within the territory and across the United States as needed to promote products and services
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Business acumen with ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Skilled in pipeline management and use of CRM systems
Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
Qualifications Valid Driver’s License
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of account management, business development, or sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation
Experience working in the industrial, mineral processing or mining products industry, preferred.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, sales-focused individual, responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within a specific territory (Nevada).
