WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a member of our Talent Team, you will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and supporting a high-quality, mission-aligned team that drives student success. As a Talent Manager, you will help create a seamless and welcoming candidate experience from initial engagement and interview processes through onboarding while supporting key HR processes. In this role, you will:

Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment for Non-Instructional Roles

Manage full-cycle hiring for non-instructional roles (Operations & Data, Talent, Student Support & Wellness, Family & Community Engagement, and Out of School Time) using Greenhouse

Review applications across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure accurate and timely uploads and tracking within Greenhouse

Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, priorities, and hiring timelines

Support interview scheduling, coordination, and overall process execution to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring experience

Build and Maintain Strong Talent Pipelines

Source and engage candidates for instructional, non-instructional, and leadership roles using multiple channels

Proactively build pipelines for current and future openings, ensuring readiness for hiring needs throughout the year

Maintain consistent candidate outreach and engagement to keep candidates warm and moving through the process

Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a positive experience throughout the hiring process

Support candidate engagement efforts, including outreach, follow-ups, and conversion strategies

Assist with Talent-led trainings and events, and support new staff onboarding. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by managing communications, running background checks, collecting I-9s, and performing other onboarding tasks as decided by the HR Manager.

Maintain Recruitment Systems & Data Integrity

Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data in Greenhouse, including application status, notes, and hiring outcomes

Support data tracking and reporting efforts by maintaining clean and reliable recruitment data

Assist in monitoring hiring progress and identifying gaps in pipelines or process efficiency

Support Talent Brand & Outreach

Support the Talent Team’s social media efforts, including content creation and posting to attract high-quality candidates

Assist with outreach campaigns and initiatives that strengthen Ingenuity Prep’s employer brand

Help represent Ingenuity Prep through candidate communication and engagement

Provide Human Resources Support

Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by managing communications, running background checks, collecting I-9s, and performing other onboarding tasks as decided by the HR Manager.

Support mid-year hiring processes, including drafting offer letters and coordinating onboarding for new hires

Assist with spring evaluation processes and offer letter preparation

Maintain and audit employee data in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with the HR Manager on SOP refinements, policy development, internal system audits, and handling routine employee inquiries.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and/or candidate engagement; experience in a school setting or with educational hiring cycles is preferred

Experience sourcing candidates across multiple channels and building talent pipelines

Strong candidate communication skills, with the ability to engage and move candidates effectively through the hiring process

Experience working with talent systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM); experience with ADP and Greenhouse is highly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and systems simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred

Salary Range: $78,539 - $98,084 (commensurate with 1-10 years of experience)
