Key Responsibilities
•
Design, configure, and implement Oracle Talent Management module to meet business requirements .
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
• Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements if applicable, and internal policies.
Required Qualifications:
•
Proven experience with Oracle Talent Management module .
• Experience working in or supporting the healthcare or related industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules.
• Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
