RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the development of end to end Citrix system architectures and designs to support emerging business needs
Architect, design, develop, and deploy Citrix virtualization technologies for approximately 10,000 users
Act as the technical expert for Citrix integration projects
Work with customers to determine their functional needs, translating customer needs into hardware/software requirements for existing or new hardware/software applications
Improves and automates tasks associated with building, configuring, patching, and upgrading core infrastructure platforms, hardware, and software
Provide Tier III support to deployed systems
Participate in functional or user acceptance testing to ensure final products meets the customers needs
Conduct technical exchange meetings and mentor other engineers
Create test plans, installation guides, technical specifications, and white papers as required
Lead in the review and research of new technologies in response to project requirements and business needs
Develop implementation and support plans through migration from POC / lab through test and ultimately to production environments
Monitor and recognize constraints of specific infrastructure architectures and provide alternate scalable solutions in order to meet business and project requirements QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience
Five or more years of current Citrix architecture/engineering experience leveraging tools such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x, Citrix Provisioning Services 5.6+, Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Netscaler 10.x, 11.x, 12.x and VMware vSphere 5.x, 6.x
Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016+
Experience in process/administration automation including scripting with PowerShell
Citrix certifications preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer or information science preferred Desired Experience

Azure Virtual Desktops
